Dr. Gin joined the faculty at Sonoma State in Fall 2018. He received his doctorate in political science from the University of Pennsylvania and has previously taught at Xavier University of Louisiana. His research focuses primarily on racial and ethnic politics, technology and politics, inequality, and American political development.
